Recognising the importance of customer satisfaction, we engaged consultants MS Quality Projects to implement a best practice quality management system. This was subsequently accredited by BSI.

We have worked with MSQP for nearly seven years both as a fellow consultant helping SHE Ltd to gain ISO 9001 and also as a contracted Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor working with one of our clients on a QSHE system.
We approached ISO 9001 with a view of improving our business and wanted to ensure that we would not only tick boxes but actually change our processes for the better. Mike Simpson fully embraced this idea and made it work throughout the ISO 9001 project.
Mike assisted our new quality champion, Natalie, with ISO 9001 induction training and internal audit support. Natalie together with the MD and senior management team have made significant system and process improvements over recent months and this has resulted in a ‘clean sheet’ at our last external audit.
